I am blessed to be your mom.

Build me a son, O Lord,
who will be strong enough to know when he is weak,
and brave enough to face himself when he is afraid,
one who will be proud and unbending in honest defeat,
and humble and gentle in victory.

Happy Birthday to your wonderful son, Graham!
Happy Birthday to Graham! What a wonderful young man. I find with my one son home - I see him enjoying all the memories here in our home and anxious to celebrate new memories here and beyond. He is looking forward to going back to school too as he is happy and has made many friends. As a parent, the reward I have is having raised a kind person. I can see that reflected in your sons eyes too.

What a handsome some you have Cheryl! Happy birthday to him..wishing him a year filled with much love, happiness, peace and hope. Enjoy your time together, I find myself treasuring every minute with my sons still not believing how fast they are growing up, definitely bittersweet!!
All the best.
I am crying at this very moment. I have no children, but I am a teacher. Why I always wanted a son, I don't know, and why I tend to gravitate towards the little men in my class, I again do not know. But this poem, this prayer says it all for me. What STUNNING pictures of your little boy, your SON....oh dearest, THANK YOU for coming to visit me with such kindness. I wish you and your lovely family a blessed holiday celebration!!!!! Anita
cheryl, I have just been catching up on your blog. Your family is so beautiful. Your love and honor of your husband is beautiful. I'm so sorry for your loss but thankful the suffering has ended and the peace has come.
Lovely words.

WOW. Now I am tearing up, remembering this beautiful post that I saw last week. Ahhhh, a son, or a daughter for that matter, that will follow the path of righteousness....dearest, your life IS EXTRAORDINARY, and remember that. ThANK YOU for sharing your sweet words to me on your comments, and may GOD'S GLORY be revealed in our humble acknowledgement of His grace. Peace FOREVER!!!! Anita
